Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve separation efficiency by forming the inlet part of a filter with a passage part for passing a gas flow to a filter, a nonpassage part for blocking the gas flow and a discharge part of water droplets. CONSTITUTION:The inlet part 25 of a filter 11 is formed by a passage part 23 for passing a gas flow to the filter 11, a nonpassage part 24 for blocking the gas flow and a discharge part 22 of water droplets. In this constitution, the fluid introduced into an annular space 9 from an inlet 5 is swirled by a swirling blade 12 and water droplets large in weight are shaken out to the outside and separated and flowed down along the inner circumferential wall to a discharge valve chamber 13. On the other hand, fine water droplets and gas flowed to the inside through the filter 11, and agglomerated. Then these droplets flow by dead weight and pass through the nonpassage part 24 free from the flow of gas and flow down to the chamber 13 from a water droplets discharge part 22. Further while the water droplets drop to the passage part 23 repeat dispersion and concentration due to the gas flow, these pass through the nonpassage part 24 flow down to the chamber 13. Therefore, water droplets are not carried to the outlet side and only the gas is flowed toward the outlet side and thereby the separation efficiency is raised.
