Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform operation continuously without using both hands by changing the screen display size and position of a window according to the sight direction and gazing time of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A gazed image plane decision part 12 matches information on the sight direction sent from a sight direction detection part 11 with position information on the window from a picture composition part 18 to decide the window which is gazed at. A gazing time calculation part 13 measures the time for which the operator gazes at the window in a constant sampling time. A picture control part 14 contrasts the gazing time of each window with a memory table 15 for comparison to calculate the display size and outputs it to the picture composition part 18. The picture composition part 18 displays an image on a display device 19 with image information sent from a picture information transmission part 17 according to the picture display size of each window.
