Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase electrifying capacity, to shorten a work process, and to improve productivity by using a plate material for which a material of ceramic superconductor is arranged and compounded in a plated metal matrix, in a linear form, in parallel with each other in one line, and by forming the compound plate materials in such a manner that they are deposited in multi- layer in a spiral or in a concentric form. CONSTITUTION:A material 3 of ceramic superconductor is filled in a groove 2 of a plate 1 with groove made of Ag, and a flat plate made of Ag is coated thereupon, and is stretched into a preset shape, and a compound plate is manufactured thereby. The compound plate thus obtained is formed in either way that the material 3 of linear form is rolled in a longitudinal direction into a spiral form, or that it is formed in a concentric form around a core material. The material in spiral or concentric form is stretched if required, and a preset heat treatment is carried out on it, so as to compound the ceramics superconductor layer 8 in a metal matrix 9, in an intermittently continued manner, into a spiral or concentric structure. Electrifying capacity is increased, while work process is shortened, and productivity is improved.
