CONSTITUTION:Paste which contains copper as the base metal and paste which contains the nickel are used respectively with materials forming resistance patterns 4a, 4b, and 4c, and lands 5a, 5b, and 5c, etc., and with filling materials of via holes 7a, 7b, etc. Then 14 ceramic sheets 3a and 14 ceramic sheets 3b are laminated alternately and one ceramic sheet 3c and one ceramic sheet 3d are laminated in order below the laminate and pressed.
