Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a remote operation easy without using a hand, an elbow, and the lie by providing a spring between a water stop piece of a water plug ad a spindle of the upper cock of the water plug, and pushing up a water stop piece holding shaft by a stepping lever to open and close the water plug. CONSTITUTION:A water stop piece 10 is fastened by the spindle of a water plug through spring holding shafts 2 and 3 and a compression spring 5. By depressing the treadle 7 of a stepping pedal, a tensile lever 9 is moved in the direction of the arrow and a brake wire 6 is pulled in the direction of the arrow. As a result, a lever block 4 connected directly to the brake wire 6 is pulled out, and thereby, the spring holding shaft 2 is pushed upward, and the water stop piece 10 gives a water output clearance to the closing member of the water plug. Since a remote operation is carried out without using a hand, an elbow and the like in such a way, the operation is simplified, and a useless consumption of water is eliminated.
