Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To avoid a crew from feeling cold more than needed by setting a comfort lowering amount of the blowoff temperature which a screw feels comfortable according to the quantity of solar radiation and limiting the lowering amount of the blowoff temperature smaller than the comfort lowering amount at the time of cancelling the quantity of received heat of a vehicle by solar radiation. CONSTITUTION:A lowering amount of the blowoff temperature for cancelling the quantity of received heat of a vehicle is calculated according to the detected quantity of solar radiation of a solar radiation sensor A by the first arithmetic means B. Further, according to the detected quantity of solar radiation, a lowering amount of the blowoff temperature which a crew feels comfortable is calculated by the second arithmetic means C. Further, the thus calculated lowering amount of cancelling the received head and comfort lowering amount are compared by a comparing means D. When the received heat lowering amount is smaller than the comfort lowering amount, the blowoff temperature to a compartment is lowered according to the received heat cancelling lowering amount by the first control means E. On the contrary, when the received heat cancelling lowering amount is larger than the comfort lowering amount, the blowoff temperature to the compartment is lowered according to the comfort lowering amount, and the blowoff air quantity for cancelling the quantity of received heat of the vehicle at the lowered blowoff temperature is calculated to control the blowoff air quantity to the compartment by the second control means F.
