Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition giving a product having excellent resistance to hot water with improving adhesion of a resin covering layer and a face of metallic body in a case of covering a face of metallic body with a vinyl chloride based resin, etc., comprising an epoxy resin, etc., a specific elastomer and a curing agent of the elastomer. CONSTITUTION:(A) An epoxy resin and/or phenolic resin is mixed with (B) an elastomer containing a functional group having miscibility to the resin of the component A and C-C unsaturated bonding or S-S bonding and (C) a curing agent (e.g. sulfur or organic peroxide) of the elastomer to afford the aimed composition for covering a face of metallic body with vinyl chloride-based resin.
