Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an antifouling agent for fishing nets by compounding a resin component comprising an acrylic resin and polybutadiene resin and an antifouling agent comprising a combination of 2- thiocyanomethylthiobenzothiazole and tetraalkylthiuram disulfide. CONSTITUTION:An antifouling agent for fishing nets comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. of a resin component comprising an acrylic resin and polybutadiene resin and (B) 50-100 pts.wt. of a marine organism-controlling agent. A mixture of 100 pts. wt. of a resin having a relatively low mol. wt. (20000-50000) and a resin having a relatively high mol. wt. (200000-500000) is employed as the acrylic resin. A liquid polymer having a mol. wt. of 500-5000 is used as the polybutadiene resin in an amount of 15-35 wt.%. A combined use of 100 pts.wt. of 2-thiocyanomethylthiobenzothiazole and 50-400 pts.wt. of tetraalkylthiuram disulfide is preferable as the component B. The long period elution of the agent is improved.
