Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the line stop time and to largely improve the working rate for the equipment by making the introduce of the top of the steel strip coil and the winding set of the interposed paper to the winding spool to be able to execute on the coil car of the off-line. CONSTITUTION:The interposed paper wound in the steel strip coil is wound successively to the spool 6 for winding the interposed paper on the truck 5 for winding the interposed paper. When the steel strip coil is made nothing on the re-winding machine for the steel coil, the top end of the interposed paper 4' of the steel strip coil is preliminarily set to the spool 6' for winding the interposed paper of the truck 5' for winding the interposed paper on the coil car 10 of the off-line, and the steel strip coil 2' and the truck 5' for winding the interposed paper are moved parallelly at the same time against the re-winding machine for the steel strip coil on the rail 9 for moving the truck for winding the interposed paper, and then the steel strip coil is mounted in the reel of the re-winding machine for the steel strip coil. In this time, because the truck 5' for winding the interposed paper is fixed with the locking device for the truck for winding the interposed paper, so the truck 5' for winding the interposed paper is moved following to the movement of the re-winding machine for the steel strip coil, then the interposed paper can be wound orderly.
