Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To have a small charged particle beam size effectively by enlarging energy dispersion of charged particle in a ring type particle accelerator, including a vacuum container, which shuts up beam generated by high frequency acceleration cavity and charged particles. CONSTITUTION:A charged particle beam is extracted finely, and effectively, by an easy operation, which is to enlarge charged particle energy dispersion. For example, a deflection mode by specified high frequency electromagnetic field 7, is generated by excitation, on any point of orbit of charged particles. Also the excitation is made by synchronization, so that generally extended specified synchronized relation is satisfied, between the excitation frequency of the deflection mode and excitation frequency of high frequency acceleration cavity 1, settled on the orbit, and thus synchrotron vibration is grown, betatron vibration is attenuated, and then the charged particle beam is extracted finely, as a phenomenon. By this method, the beam size of the charged particle beam can effectively be compressed. |
