Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To control the height of a toy ball on fluid by providing a valve means between a fluid source and a connecting means to control the output of laminar flow. CONSTITUTION:A water source is connected through a hose 26 to a valve 16 which is connected through a second hose 15 to a water receiving chamber 12 or a base 10. Water from the water receiving chamber 12 is forced through a laminar flow filter 24 and a nozzle 18 to provide exhaust water flow 13. The exhaust water flow 13 supports a toy ball 14 on the upper part under the floating condition. A basket 11 is provided with an opening through which the exhaust water flow 13 passes and connected through a support member 17 to the water receiving chamber 12. When the water flow flowing into a base 10 is controlled by the valve 16 while the exhaust water flow 13 supports the toy ball 14, the height of the toy ball can be adjusted.
