Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a telephone system which is not accompanied by enlargement of a system size by efficiently operating a telephone system which has an automatic incoming call distributing function. CONSTITUTION:By using a specific extension telephone set 1-P, it is registered in memory 14 as a managed extension telephone set, while corresponding to a specified extension telephone set group, and a controlling means 13 makes it, in accordance with the registered contents in the memory 14, operate as a managed extension telephone set which corresponds to the extension telephone set group in which the specific extension telephone set 1-P is registered.
