Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the rapid and positive replacement of workpieces such as locker arms between a conveyor and the workpiece fitting jig of each station so as to perform the transfer machining of workpieces efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A transfer device is provided with a conveyor 12, a pallet 24 conveyed in the direction of an arrow mark A through the conveyor 12 and provided with positioning pins 20, 22 inserted into the hole parts 16, 18 of a locker arm 14 so as to position/hold the locker arm 14, and a turning loader 30 provided with a chuck part 26 inserted into the hole part 16 of the locker arm 14 on the pallet 24 so as to press-holding the inner wall surface of the hole part 16.
