Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate a precooling device for vaporizing gas (hereinafter called BOG). CONSTITUTION:BOG is drawn out and cooling is carried out in two stages by means of LNG to effect re-liquefaction, and BOG is mixed in LNG flowing to a gasifier 6. Meanwhile, a part of LNG imparting heat to BOG for gasification is joined with a delivery line 12 and delivered to the consumption side or utilized for a heat source for increasing the temperature of liquefied natural gas delivered to a liquid-liquid heat-conditioning device. Since a temperature difference between BOG and LNG at a plate fin type heat-exchanger 5 is considered to be a value within 50 deg.C at designing, a precooling device 8 is eliminated and capacity and an operation cost of a gasifier 23 for increasing the temperature of the liquid-liquid heat-conditioning device can be reduced.
