Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent water from being overflown owing to the swaying motion of a water surface in a water pan. CONSTITUTION:There is provided in a water pan 6 of an open container structure a waveform destruction plate 7 for dividing the water surface of stored water to some parts. Hereby, even if the water pan is subjected to a swaying motion, the swaying motion of the water level is not grown enough to permit water in the pan to be overflown because the water surface is finely divided with the wavefront destruction plate.
