MOLDING METHOD FOR VERY FINE PIECES

PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded body of very fine pieces efficiently and at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A product cavity 36 and a molding tool 28 provided with an introduction inlet 30 and a discharge passage 38 communicated with said product cavity are used. Slurry is formed by mixing a high pressure solvent in gaseous state prepared by pressurized very fine pieces 18 to be molded up to 10/kg/cm or above under critical pressure or lower with the very fine pieces 18 to be molded, and the solvent in the cavity is discharged out of the discharge passage 38 while introducing the slurry into the cavity 36 through the introduction inlet 30. The solvent is flowed out of the discharge passage while lowering its pressure, and the very fine pieces are pressure molded by pressure gradient in the cavity between the introduction inlet and the discharge passage.
