Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To limit a switching loss generated in a transient state of a PWM switching of a semiconductor switch, to simplify a semiconductor cooling system and to enhance an upper limit of an allowable switching frequency in a DC power source. CONSTITUTION:A DC power source 1 is connected to a primary winding of a transformer T through a semiconductor switch, and a secondary winding of the transformer is connected to a smoothing filter 2 of a parallel circuit of a reactor Ld and a capacitor Cd through rectifying diodes D5-D8. A DC power source in which a parallel circuit of a diode and a semiconductor switch and a resonance switch 3 formed of a resonance capacitor CR connected in series with the parallel circuit are provided in parallel at the DC output side of the diodes D5-D8, in the DC power source for energizing a load RL from the capacitor Cd, is obtained.
