Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a novel enclosure for detecting electrochemical luminescence which enables the automation of a detection processing of electrochemical luminescence along with higher detection sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A working electrode 3 with the surface thereof being a reflection mirror surface is formed on the internal surface of a lower wall of a cylindrical container holding a solution to be inspected containing a luminous substance while an opposed electrode 4 with the surface thereof being a reflection mirror surface is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a container facing the working electrode 3. Luminescence from the solution to be inspected is introduced to the opening of the enclosure utilizing surface reflectiveness of the working electrode 3 and the opposed electrode 4 respectively on the lower wall internal surface and the inner circumferential surface of the enclosure for detection.
