Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the workability by setting a rotatable roof onto a guide pole planted in the center part of a building site so that the roof is elevatable, and by movably suspending a concrete placing unit from the inside of the roof. CONSTITUTION:A roof 2 which can be elevated during construction of a building body is set to a guide post 1 which is planted in the center part of a building site for a reinforced concrete building. A concrete placing unit 3 incorporating a equalizer device 10 is suspended from the inside of the roof 2 so as to be movable longitudinally and laterally. Accordingly, concrete can be placed even in rainy weather. Thereby it is possible to shorten the period of construction and to enhance the workability.
