POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a polyacetal resin composition which can give a molding excellent in both frictional and abrasional characteristics and useful as a part wherein self-lubricity is required by mixing a polyacetal resin with a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer having a specified bending modulus and a specified oxyalkylene compound. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin is mixed with 0.05-20.0 pts.wt. polymer selected between a thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic elastomer each of which has a bending modulus of 100-5000kg/cm and 0.05-20 pts.wt. oxyalkylene compound selected from among compounds of formula I [wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and are each a hydrogen atom or (substituted)alkyl; R3 is a hydrogen atom, (substituted)alkyl or aryl; (m) is an integer of 1-6; and (n) is an integer of 1-2000].
