Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve uniformly and economically and extensively the soft sandy ground or the soft viscous soil ground including a surface layer at a time without generating noise and vibration as to an electrochemical soil nature stability treatment work method. CONSTITUTION:A direct electric current is run between a positive pole container 1 provided on the soft sandy ground M or the soft viscous soil ground M and a negative pole pipe body 2 fitted to the bottom plate 3 of the container 1. A positivity carrying electrolyte 4 migrates vertically to the pipe body 2 side through the bottom plate 3 holes 3a of the container 1 and stuck between soil particles.
