Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a mixed glyceride, excellent in lubricity, having a low pour point and viscosity without impairing operating efficiency even in exposure to low-temperature atmospheres and suitable as base oils for lubricating oils such as rolling oil or plastic working oil, textile softening agents, etc. CONSTITUTION:With 100 pts.wt. one or two or more fats and oils selected from animal fats and oils (e.g. beef tallow or lard) and vegetable fats and oils (e.g. palm oil or coconut oil), are blended 20-200 pts.wt. monomer acid formed as a by-product in polymerizing unsaturated fatty acids, 5-50 pts.wt. glycerol and 0.01-0.4 pts.wt. catalyst. The resultant mixture is then heated at 180-250 deg.C.
