Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and a mounted substrate by constituting it to output a PWM output signal, which is outputted by way of receiving an electric current command signal from a micro-computer with engine control information and travel control information, as a direct current electric current signal by a PWM smoothing filter. CONSTITUTION:An electric current command signal obtained by a micro-computer 101 from engine control information and travel control information is regarded as a PWM output signal, and a direct current electric current command value is outputted after removing a high-frequency component of this PWM output signal through a smoothing filter 902. Thereafter, deviation obtained by way of comparing this signal and an electric current circulating signal output from an electric current detection amplifier 301 with each other by a PWM comparator 201 is PWM-modulated, an electromagnetic clutch 502 is electrified by way of switching on and off a PWM control output transistor 406, a clutch electric current is detected by an output electric current detection resistance connected to a quick cut output transistor 601 and the electric current circulating signal is outputted after amplifying voltage on its both sides by an electric current detection amplifier 301.
