COATING METHOD IN AUTOMOBILE PRODUCING LINE

PURPOSE:To increase work efficiency by detaching doors from an automobile body after final coating with paint and coating parts of the doors with paint different from the paint for final coating in color. CONSTITUTION:An automobile body X with covers such as doors Z conveyed through an automobile body conveying line 6 is finally coated with paint, this paint is baked and the doors Z are detached from the body X and conveyed through a door conveying line 9. Parts of the doors Z are coated with paint different from the paint for final coating in color, the upper paint is baked and the doors Z are fitted to the automobile body Y with no doors conveyed through the line 6. Work efficiency is increased and the flow of a producing line can be made efficient.
