MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To form a memory device with fast processing while it is handled equal to a magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:A memory 21 is equivalent to an area of a floppy disk operation system(OS), etc. A data bus line 2 from an input output circuit 7 is connected to a data buffer circuit 11, a register 12 of a track number and a register 13 of a sector number. Further, a writing or reading control signal is supplied to a driving and refreshing circuit 15 of a memory 20. By the output signal of the driving and refreshing circuit 15, a 128-any counter 16 is driven and the continuous counted value is outputted. The counted value of the counter 16, the numerical value of the track number register 12 and the numerical value of the sector number register 13 are supplied to a synthesizing circuit 18, and the numerical value formed by the synthesizing circuit 18 is supplied to the address terminal of the memory 20.
