Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve rigidity in the lateral direction to prevent generation of deformation caused by earth and sand by joining opening faces at both ends of plastic honeycomb by face plates with multiple holes. CONSTITUTION:A plastic honeycomb 1 is formed to have a plurality of hexagonal honeycomb-shaped cores 4 made of thin plates 3. Both the end faces are joined with face plates 2, 2' and the face plates 2, 2' are burried in the vertical direction. A plurality of holes 2a are formed on the face plates 2, 2' so as to enable input/output of water in/from cores of the honeycomb 1. With the constitution, the lateral rigidity at end pars of the honeycomb 1 is improved, whereby generating no deformation if it is subjected to lateral force in the earth, and also excellent water discharge property in the honeycomb 1 itself is maintained.
