Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To uniformly change a highly packed plastic ceramic material composed of fine particles into a further low viscosity state by impressing an ultrasonic field. CONSTITUTION: A compact and porous extremely homogeneous tubular sediment having a solid material of 54weight% is deposited from a water suspended liquid with low density of a thermal decomposition method silicate having mean grading of 40nm by using a DRW deposition method. An non-dried material 8 of 300g is introduced into a device. An ultrasonic field having the output of a frequency of 20KHz and 1KW is impressed through a converter 2 to the material 8, and a pressure of 2.5val is impressed to the surface of the converter 2. The material 8 is liquefied by a sharing force acted on the particles, and discharged from an output hole 7. The viscosity of a discharged liquefied material 9 is about 65m Pas. The material 9 is injected into a cylindrical hollow mold. After resolidification, a sample is taken out of the mold and dried so that a porous long material having logical density of 46% of 2.2g/cm can be obtained. The density of a formed body can be made constant across the whole length of the material.
