Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To replace air with hot water and to feed always hot water to a bath tub water level by a method wherein when a hot water feeding means is being operated, a circulating means is operated for a predetermined period of time before the hot water reaches a set water level. CONSTITUTION:When an operation switch 20 and an automatic hot water feeding switch 21 are turned on, a hot water feeding instruction is given to a control part C and then a hot water feeding is started. After a set time elapses upon starting a hot water feeding, a circulation pump 6 is operated for a predetermined period of time. It is so set that a bath tub water level does not reach the set water level within a set time. Upon completion of hot water feeding, the circulating instruction is given again, and the circulation pump 6 is operated. In the case that a temperature in the bath tub water reaches a target temperature under this condition, the circulation pump 6 is stopped. In turn, in the case that the bath tub water temperature does not reach the target temperature, an additional boiling is carried out at an additional boiling part B until it reaches the target temperature. After stopping of the additional boiling, the circulation pump 6 is stopped after a predetermined time elapses. With such an arrangement, air stay the branch passage is replaced with hot water and thereafter even if the circulating means is operated with the additional boiled-up hot water feeding, a reduction in the water level in the bath tub can be restricted.
