Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the electric characteristics, image characteristics and durability of the photoreceptive member for electrophotography constituted by using amorphous silicon. CONSTITUTION:The layer constitution of the photoreceptive member for electrophotography consists of a base and the constitution of a 2nd 1st photoconductive layer, 1st photoconductive layer and surface layer mainly consisting of the amorphous silicon. The 2nd photoconductive layer contains the carbon atoms, hydrogen atoms and fluorine atoms and the content of the carbon atoms is inclined so as to be 0.5 to 50atomic% on the base side and to be 0atomic% on the 1st photoconductive layer side.
