CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble polyethylene primer which comprises a graft polymer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, rosin, a chlorinated product of a graft polymer of polypropylene with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, a surfactant, an organic solvent and water.
