DETECTING DEVICE FOR POSITION OF OPERATING TUBE HOLE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To alleviate a large labor required for controlling an operation due to many tube holes of a tube plate in the case of an operation of a large-sized heat exchanger, which was controlled in operation by describing an operation complete mark on a check sheet each time the operation of one tube hole of the tube plate is finished in the exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A framework 10 formed of a pair of X-direction frames 13 extending in the X-direction and a pair of Y-direction frames 16 extending in the Y-direction, where the X-direction and the Y direction are crossed perpendicularly to each other, an X-direction light emitting element group 11 provided along the frame 13, in which an interval of light emitting elements 111 is equal to an arranging interval of tube holes 18 of a tube plate in the X-direction, an X-direction photodetector group 12 of the similar constitution to that of the group 11, a Y-direction light emitting element group 14 provided along one of the frames 16, in which an interval of light emitting elements 141 is equal to an arranging interval of the holes 18 of the plate in the Y-direction, and a Y-direction photodetector group 15 of the similar constitution to that of the group 14, are provided.
