CONSTITUTION:Insulative elastic fibers 2 such as polyamide or the like of 100 deniers or less in size, spherical carbon particles 5 or the like of 1 to 40mum, hollow micro spheres 4 such that the particle diameter ranges from 10 to 150mum and a copolymer or the like made of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile forms its shell, and elastomer particles 3 such as crosslinked Si rubber powders or the like, the particle diameter of which ranges from 10 to 300mum, are mixed dispersed in one solution cold setting Si rubber 1.
