Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform the stable recording and reproducing of an optical disk by keeping constantly the light emitting quantity for a laser light from a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:The intensity of the waveguide light projected from a semiconductor laser 1 to a waveguide path 5 is detected by a light receiving element 15 and the light correct obtained here is voltage-converted by a current voltage converting circuit 20. The voltage is compared with the reference voltage, an error signal for the reference voltage is fed back to the semiconductor laser 11 and the light emitting quantity of the semiconductor 11 is constantly kept.
