PURPOSE:To improve loadability by making an outer shell applicable to a loading position so as to form the outer shell with soft synthetic resin, by forming a face plate with hard synthetic resin, by providing an element and each component for the resin, by bonding a sheet having the same material as that of the outer shell on the rear side and by adhering the outer shell to the face plate. CONSTITUTION:An outer shell 11 having a thickness of about 1m/m is made of soft synthetic resin by means of a pattern made from an impression mold of an external ear and an external auditory canal of a user. A face plate 18 is made of hard synthetic resin, and circuit components 12-17 are provided on its surface 18A. A sheet 19 of about 1m/m thickness made of the same material as that of the outer shell 1 is bonded to the rear side 18B. Then the plate 18 is matched to the outer shell 11 so that an earphone 12 provided on the face plate 18 can be contained as if all circuit elements subsequent to the plate 18 of a position 11B of the outer shell 11 were contained in the outer shell 11. At this time, an end 11A of the outer shell 11 is bonded to the face plate 18 with an adhesive, etc. Thus even if the end 11A becoming a bonding surface is small, the end 11A and the plate 18 can be strongly coupled because of the homogeneous sheet 19.
