Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To read out delivery data surely without changing a direction which an electronic tag faces when placing luggage, and process all steps from distribution to delivery by a computer. CONSTITUTION:In an interrogator 30 whose antenna 31 emits electric waves for questions and demands transmission of delivery data to a delivery slip 1 which stores the delivery data such as destination and is attached to luggage 5, a pair of semicircle antennas 31a, 31b are disposed, facing each other to form a circle so that they may cover the approximately whole periphery of a belt conveyer 33 which serves as a transfer passage of the luggage 5. The electric waves are emitted from the antennas 31 to the delivery slip 1 attached to the luggage 5.
