CONSTITUTION:After retaining a molten metal into the pouring basin part 4, by integrally tilting this pouring basin part 4 together with a metallic mold 3, the molten metal in the pouring basin part 4 is poured into a cavity 30 in the metallic mold 3, and thereafter, compressed air is supplied from a rear face to a receiving face 4c side in the pouring basin part 4 through air pipings 12, 13 and through-holes 11 provided on the pouring basin part 4 to separate the solidified film 6 stuck to the receiving face 4c in the pouring basin part 4 from this receiving face 4c.
