Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration in the shape accuracy out-of-roundness or the like) of the outer peripheral of a fixed cylinder by abolishing a screw hole of the fixed cylinder, to improve the workability when the rotary head assembly is fixed to the installation base and to reduce cost by reducing the assembling process. CONSTITUTION:A projection part 205 is formed in the circular direction on the outer peripheral part of a reed groove 201 of a fixed cylinder 2 over the circle and the height H from the bottom of the fixed cylinder 2 is lower than the reed groove 201. An installation member 11 is pressed and fixed to the projection part 205 from the direction of a rotary cylinder 5 when fixed to the installation base 9. Thus, the indispensable screw hole of the fixed cylinder 2 is unncessitated.
