Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a parallel operation with other system, even if a prime mover cannot delicately control a rotational speed, by equipping a synchronous generator, which can be operated also as a synchronous motor, and a prime mover for driving the synchronous generator via a clutch being unidirectional in the transfer of input-output. CONSTITUTION:Until a synchronous generator 7 completes changing from the operational status as an induction motor to that as a synchronous motor, a propeller pitch angle controller 16 drives a propeller pitch angle control mechanism 17 to control the angle of the propeller 2 of a wind mill so that the rotational speed of the input axis of a one-way clutch 5 does not exceed that of the output axis. Further, after the synchronous generator 7 has completed changing to the operational status as the synchronous motor, the angle of the propeller 2 is controlled so that the speed increases gradually. When the rotational speed of the input axis of the one-way clutch 5 is going to exceed that the of the output axis, i.e., the rotational speed of the synchronous motor 7, by this increase of speed, the one-way clutch 5 engages to transmit the torque of the input axis to the output axis.
