Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To measure a spcimen which has been unmeasurable with the conventional technique because of unstability due to heat or pyrolysis. CONSTITUTION:A moving phase solvent passes through a PTFE pipe 2 and is spouted from the tip of a micro-pipe 3 into an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization chamber 9. The spouted moving phase solvent is atomized by the effect of nebulizer gas at room temp. or heated, and then is gasified. The gasified solvent molecles are ionized by corona discharge generated by a needle electrode 8. The specimen molecles are ionized when given electric charges by the solvent molecle ions, and the produced ions are sent to a mass- spectrometric part 15 to undergo mass dispersion. As a result a mass spectrum is obtained.
