Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare an FRP laminated sheet wherein ply separation hardly occurs. CONSTITUTION:An FRP raw material 1 wherein fibers 2 arranged in one direction are impregnated with a resin and molded is laminated in such a way that the direction 2 of the fibers differs alternatively. Between layers of upper and lower FRP raw materials 1 each with different lamination angle, a fabric 5 wherein yarns 6 and 7 have each the same direction as that or the fiber 2 of the upper FRP raw material 1 and that of the fiber 2 of the lower FRP raw material 1 is inserted and bonded. As bonding between the upper FRP raw material 1 and the fabric 5 and bonding between the lower FRP raw material 1 and the fabric 5 are respectively reinforced, even when a shock is exerted, interlaminar separation between the upper and lower FRP raw materials 1 hardly occurs.
