CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 30 is rotationally driven by means of an electric motor 33. An upper part of the rotary shaft 30 is supported by means of a superconductive bearing provided with a permanent magnet 36 for an upper radial bearing, a permanent magnet 38 for an upper thrust bearing, and an upper superconductive body 40. A lower part of the rotary shaft 30 is supported by means of a superconductive bearing provided with a permanent magnet 37 for a lower radial bearing, a permanent magnet 39 for a lower thrust bearing, and a lower superconductive body 41.
