PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a switching circuit part, by memorizing a test circuit pattern constituted by a switching circuit in advance, while switching and controlling the switching circuit part by reading out the pattern as necessary, thereby constituting the desired test circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the switching circuit part 11 is constituted as a test circuit and an object to be tested is tested, a pattern number signal of the test circuit is read out, and a keyboard or switches in a command part 13 are operated or an external control signal is inputted from the outside. The signal, which is inputted in this way is converted into a read out signal and an address signal by a control circuit 14. A read out command is given to a memory 12 from the control circuit 14, and the test circuit pattern corresponding to the address signal is read out of the memory 12 and decoded and the result is further supplied to a driver circuit 15. The driver circuit 15 appropriately selects relay coils 11a... based on the signal supplied from the control circuit 14, and constitutes the desired control circuit.
