Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent any displacement from being produced between an electric carpet and an electric carpet cover and further prevent a surface cloth making contact with an outer periphery of the electric carpet from being bent. CONSTITUTION:A band-shaped cloth 3 is sewed over the entire periphery of an external peripheral part of the back surface of a surface cloth 2 integrally with the surface cloth 2. The band-shaped cloth 3 is formed to be larger than the size of an electric carpet 1 including a heater therein, and the inner edge of the band-shaped cloth 3 is formed to be smaller than the size of the electric carpet 1. Hereby, since there are engagement portions along the whole periphery, any displacement is securely prevented, and a surface cloth part 6 making contact with the outer periphery of the electric carpet 1 becomes unlikely to be folded owing to the existence of a support of the band-shaped cloth 3. Thus, the cover is made nice-looking.
