Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To furnish Al-Mg-based and Al-Mg-Si-based alloy materials excellent in resistance spot welding. CONSTITUTION:This aluminum alloy composite plate is formed by cladding a pure aluminum plate having 50-150mum thickness, >=99.5% purity and,0.03 Mg content on one side of an Al-Mg-based or Al-Mg-Si-based alloy plate containing >=0.5% Mg. Breakdown processing of an oxide film is obviated and even when a large number of spots exist, especially, a stain of an electrode is extremely reduced.
