Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable the retrieval of a high temperature part of an object desired to measure temperature and measurement of the temperature of the part even when the body rotates by winding an optical fiber spiral on the temperature measuring surface of a temperature measurement object provided in a room, to which light can be transmitted, that is rotated or requires a spatial isolation for the reason of radioactivity or the like while using a photocoupling. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber is wound spiral on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor 1 and a starting end 2A of the optical fiber is connected to a photocoupling PC to let a pulse laser beam light 6 be impinged into the optical fiber through the photocoupling PC. A Raman scattering is caused at a high temperature part of the rotor 1 and an electrical signal 23 is inputted into a computer 26 corresponding to anti-stokes light 8. Thus, a three- dimensional position of the high temperature part of the rotor 1 and the temperature of the part are measured and measured values are shown on a display device 25.
