Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the working environment in a production process and to improve a printing speed and color developability while solving the problems in the treatment of the waste produced during the production by using a diazo photosensitive liquid contg. trimethylthiourea as an auxiliary agent for development acceleration. CONSTITUTION:This paper is formed by applying the diazo photosensitive liquid contg. the trimethylthiourea as the auxiliary agent for development acceleration on base paper and drying the coating. The smell of the trimethylthiourea incorporated as the auxiliary agent for development acceleration is drastically decreased as compared with the compds. used heretofore as the auxiliary agent for development acceleration. A precoat layer contg. silica and polyvinyl alcohol is formed between the diazo photosensitive paper and the base paper. The precoat layer functions as a barrier layer to prevent the penetration of the diazonium compd., etc., of the photosensitive layer into the base paper and bright copied papers are obtd. with the small amt. of the diazonium compd., etc., to be used.
