Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the locking of panels (10, 20) of a solar generator of satellites. After separation of the satellite from its carrier vehicle, the panels (10, 20) must unfold and be locked in the unfolded position. A locking pin (9) is used for this purpose, which is inserted in a rotatable locking arm (70), fitted to a panel (10), and latches into a slot (80) on the other panel (20). While the panels (10, 20) are unfolding, the locking pin (9) slides over a locking pin guide (11) in the form of a curved disc. At the same time, and particularly after the insertion of the locking pin (9) into the slot (80), the locking pin (9) is subjected to the tension of a spring (12), ensuring that it latches in reliably.
