RUNNING-DISTANCE DISPLAYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent the wrong setting of running distance indication. CONSTITUTION:The output pulse of a vehicle speed sensor 1 is inputted into an integrator driving circuit 6 through a vehicle-speed displaying circuit 4 and also inputted into an integration inhibiting circuit 3. The integration inhibiting circuit 3 is formed of a frequency-voltage converter circuit 31, a comparator 32 and a transistor 33. When a high-frequency oscillator is connected in place of the vehicle sensor, the output signal of the frequency-voltage converter circuit exceeds a constant voltage, the output of the comparator becomes a '1' level and the transistor is conducted. Thus, a signal line for connecting the vehicle- speed displaying circuit and the integrator driving circuit is grounded, and the integration of the integrator driving circuit is inhibited.
