Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To realize an operation method enabling starting without detecting the number of revolutions of a motor by giving inverter output frequency having a value higher than the start rotational frequency of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 3 under a no stoppage-state is started by an inverter 2, inverter start output frequency is set at a value higher than a value, where the number of revolutions of the motor is converted into frequency, and the generation of a regenerative state is prevented. The state of the load of the motor 3 is monitored by using a circuit after starting, and the motor 3 is driven by correcting an output from the inverter 2 when the currents of the motor are large. Accordingly, motor start requiring no special device is enabled, thus manufacturing the miniaturized simplified inverter.
