TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To relieve an ineffective load of an exchange network and to improve the service performance by giving voice information representing it that a call to a subscriber in a congestion state is invalid to each exchange so as to stop an ineffective call immediately. CONSTITUTION:A voice information generating means 100 generates voice information representing it that a call to a subscriber 2 in congestion state is invalid in common to each exchange 1. For example, in the case of production of planning type congestion, voice information representing the end of planning is generated. Moreover, each exchange is provided with a voice information changeover means 200 selecting voice information regulating the return with respect to a call to a subscriber in congestion state into voice information representing it that a call is invalid such as voice information notifying the end of planning. Thus, an invalid call is immediately stopped to relieve the invalid load and to improve the service performance.
